Understand the client's requirements by conducting meetings or discussions to clarify job descriptions, skills, and qualifications needed for the position.
Create compelling job postings tailored to the role and advertise across relevant platforms such as job boards, company websites, social media, and professional networks.
Phone conversations to identify the candidates match for the role in a brief discussion.
Thorough face to face or Videolink interview, understanding a candidate's history, professional values, skill sets, career path and match to a role.
Provide 1 - 5 candidate summary reports and resumes of candidates aligned to a role.
Facilitate the interview with the client and provide interview preparation advice to the candidate.
Understand how both parties felt about the interview. Providing feedback. Facilitate additional interviews.
Undertake thorough reference checking from at least 2 referees.
Facilitate the offer and resignation process.
Undertake Day 1, Month 1,2 and 3 follow ups to ensure candidates and clients are satisfied.
